"I placed my order at the end of March and did check a fortnight before expected date and was advised all on track. Called a couple of days before the arrival and was advised stock is now expected mid August I almost had a meltdown - however Linda from the Campbelltown store showed the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. She managed to get my headboards from a regional store within a week and loaned us two bases until our stock arrives. We now have beds!!!!!! On a side note, Linda’s correspondence was impeccable, emails and phone calls. I have shopped at 1825 many times in the last few years and will continue too - huge thank you."

We would like to provide some feedback in relation to your staff member Sandra at your Penrith store. Sandra has been exceptional in assisting us with furniture for our new home. We arrived at the Penrith store feeling a little overwhelmed with the thought of having to purchase an entire house of new furniture. We were greeted by Sandra and felt at ease immediately. We had looked at the website before coming in and had a good idea of what we liked. Sandra was so helpful .. assisting us with what pieces of furniture went with accessories etc .. measuring our house plans to ensure items we were picking fitted ..nothing was too much or a problem for her. Needless to say we were there for a few hours ..she was so patient and helpful delivering the best customer service experience we have had for a very long time! We have been back several times to purchase other accessories etc and always wait for Sandra. Sandra is an absolute asset to your company and we just wanted you to know.

"My husband and I had a wonderful experience in the Wagga Wagga store! Feel in love with with the Tuscan range and bought the bed, lowboys and a blanket storage buffet. Although the stock wasn’t in the warehouse they allowed us to pay it off and shuffled times around for us to pick up our furniture due to living out of town. The gentleman at the warehouse even lent us ratchet sets to safely secure it to the car after figuring out it wouldn’t it in the back of the car. Can’t wait to finish off the house!"
